From Market to Table Experience | Siena Loft | May 20th

The experience lasts about 4 hours, there will be an appointment at the farmer’s market in Siena

We will meet for a coffee and a sweet breakfast at the local coffee bar.

From there the chef will guide you through to the fresh market and we will choose our products (based on seasonality) typical from the Siena farmer's market.

We will choose the menu together, selecting the freshest produce from the market and creating together a 100% fresh, delicious, wholesome menu.

After choosing and buying the ingredients we will return to the Loft in the centre of Siena, prepare together the menu step by step accompanied by a tasting of wines from our selection.

During the class we will prepare an appetizer, and 2 different pasta course
